Geçmişten Günümüze Çalışma Hayatı

Öz

Working life has always existed since the existence time of human being. However, working life in accordance with the present comprehension is the production of the Industrial Revolution, because, there had been no modern factories and working places in working life before the Industrial Revolution. Working life had been drawn the linei between "Upper Class" and "Under Class" at that time and revealed itself in the form of serving of under class to upper class. Working life obtained different dimensions through certain processes after the term of Industrial Revolution and has been revised by means of today's flexible working models. In this study, working life has been held by the contexts in terms working life before Industrial Revolution, during the Industrial Revolution and after the Industrial Revolution and its changing process has been analysed during these terms.

Geçmişten Günümüze Çalışma Hayatı

Öz

Çalışma hayatı, insanlığın var oluşundan beri her zaman mevcut olmuştur. Ancak günümüzdeki anlayışa uygun çalışma hayatı Sanayi Devrimi'nin bir ürünüdür. Çünkü Sanayi Devrimi'nden önce modern anlamda fabrikalar veya iş yerleri mevcut değildi. Sanayi Devrimi'nden önceki çalışma hayatı, üst tabaka ve alt tabaka ayrımı ile sınırları çizilmiş ve alt tabakanın üst tabakaya hizmetleri şeklinde kendisini göstermiştir. Çalışma hayatı, Sanayi Devrimi Dönemi sonrasında belli süreçlerden geçerek farklı boyutlar kazanmış ve günümüzdeki esnek çalışma modelleriyle de revize edilmiştir. Bu çalışmada çalışma hayatı, Sanayi Devrimi Öncesi ve Sanayi Devrimi Dönemi ve Sanayi Devrimi Sonrası şeklindeki devreler bağlamında ele alınmış ve bu devrelerde geçirdiği değişim süreci analiz edilmiştir.
