The 6-7 September Events in 1955 have taken place as a minority issue in the social history of the Republic of Turkey. Greek, Armenian and Jewish citizens were battered, their workplaces, places of worship and houses were plundered in the events that took place in Ankara and Izmir, especially in Istanbul. Experiences have been the subject of many novels as well as the researchers articles, theses, essays and books. One of the writers who could not remain indifferent to the 6-7 September Events in his novels is Yiğit Okur. The author, was a university student at the time of the events. He tried to express what he saw right after the events, in Beyoğlu, where most of the Greek citizens resided and where their workplaces, in his memoirs, novels and interviews with him years later. In this study, three different aspects of Yiğit Okur's approach to the events of September 6-7 are mentioned in three novels named Hulki Bey ve Arkadaşları, Güvercinler and Deniz Taşları.
