Öz

Fizyolojik ve metabolik kökenli sınırlamalann yanısıra yetiştirme koşullanna ilişkin bir ıİizi olumsuzluklar, besin maddelerinin arzu edilen miktarlarda alınımını engelleyebilmektedir.
