Öz

Ağrı mevcut veya olası doku hasarı ile ilişkili hoş olmayan sensoriyal ve emosyonel

bir deneyim olup, hemodiyaliz hastalarında oldukça yaygındır. Ağrı, hastaların yaşam

kalitesini olumsuz yönde etkilemektedir. Hemodiyaliz hastaları için mevcut hastalığın tedavisi

öncelikli olduğu için ağrıyla ilgili çalışmalar sınırlıdır. Bu nedenle bu derlemenin amacı,

hemodiyaliz hastalarında ağrı prevalansı, etiyolojisi ve yönetimi ile ilgili bilgi vermektir.
