Kronik Böbrek Hastalıklarında Kardiyovasküler Risk

Öz

Kronik böbrek hastalıklarında risk faktörleri olarak

kardiyovasküler hastalık, diyabet, hipertansiyon ve

obezite gösterilmektedir. Son dönem böbrek hastalığı

olanlarda morbidite ve mortalitenin başlıca nedeni ve

tüm ölümlerin %50’sini kardiyovasküler hastalıklar

(koroner kalp hastalığı, serebrovasküler hastalık, periferik

vasküler hastalık ve kalp yetmezliği gibi) olşturmaktadı

r. Diyaliz tedavisi gören 25-35 yaşları aras›ndaki

kişilerde kardiyovasküler hastal›k 500 katı, 85 yaş

ve üzerindeki kişilerde ise 5 katı daha fazladır. KBH

olan hastalarda GFR azalırken, hormonal, metabolik

ya/ya da trombojenik faktörlerdeki anormallikler,

KVH başlangıcı ve alevlenmesinde önemli bir rol oynamaktadı

r. Kronik böbrek hastalığı (KBH) olan kiflilerde

hem “geleneksel” hem de “geleneksel olmayan”

(kronik böbrek hastalığı ile ilgili) KVH risk faktörleri

artmıştır. Bu makalede “değiştirilebilir” özelliği nedeniyle

KBH’n›n tüm safhalarında geleneksel risk faktörleri

(dislipidemi, hipertansiyon, diyabetes mellitus, kötü

glisemi kontrol, sigara içme ve bedensel hareketsizlik

gibi), risk faktörlerin görülme sıklığı, KVH ile risk

faktörleri arasındaki ilişkileri ve risk faktörlerinin tedavisi

üzerinde durulmaktadır.
