In this study, we wish to call attention with the movement of the classical definition of the conception of migration that whether all of the migrations took part in history should be regarded as migration or not. We clarified that in the historical process of the migration movements took part in our near history, especially a crowd of people migrations took part at the period of the second world war can’t be evaluated as synonymous with the classical definition of the migration. We explained, what the reasons of the continuity of migration communities who came out from the migration movements are and the carrying processes of ethnic idendities to political area. We tried to explain by shortly touching on the definitions of the new migration theories which born out of the continuing immigrant positions of the communities who obligated to migrate or diarrhoea, how these communities earned transnational communities (citizenships, identities) in the course of time. For example, we sociologically put on interpretation on the gain of transnational citizenship of Turkish Ahiska who today it’s known their existence in many countries.
