Beytepe Campus (Hacettepe University) is one of the very few large scaled interaction zones between urban and wildlife in Ankara metropolis, Turkey. However, up to now there is no checklist on the terrestrial (amphibian, reptile, avian and mammalian) vertebrate fauna of this campus has ever been published. Therefore, from 2005 to 2019, surveys were conducted at Beytepe Campus. The result of these surveys demonstrated that a total of 3 amphibians, 11 reptilians, 93 avian and 11 mammalian species were identified in the study area. Due to urbanization trends has ever-increasing taken a place in this metropolitan city (Ankara), this study will provide us a useful guide for forthcoming researches and conservation activities in similar areas.
