Yazımızda Alvarado Skoru ve görüntüleme yöntemlerinin ötesinde akut apendisit tanısıyla ilgili göz ardı edilmiş yönleri incelenmiştir. Sağlık hizmetleri sürekli evrim geçirdikçe, bu yaygın abdominal patoloji ile ilgili doğru ve zamanında tanı anlayışının karmaşıklıklarını anlamak hayati önem taşımaktadır.
