Elde edilen ana temalar 1. Amaç, 2. Zorlaştırıcı Unsurlar, 3. Kolaylaştırıcı Unsurlar, 4. Hizmetler ve 5. Öneriler olarak belirlenmiştir.
Sonuç: Elde edilen bulgulara göre afet müdahalesi sırasında karşılaşılan zorluklara rağmen, insanlara yardım etmenin ve topluma katkıda bulunmanın sağladığı tatmin duygusunun, öğrencilerin tekrar gönüllü olma isteğini olumlu yönde etkilediğini ortaya koymuştur. Ayrıca öğrencilerin afet müdahalesi sürecinde yaşadıkları deneyimleri ve gönüllü olma nedenlerini analiz eden çalışmamız, gelecekteki hazırlık çalışmalarının stratejik olarak geliştirilmesine önemli katkılar sağlayacaktır.

Abstract
Aim: In this study, the reasons and experiences of First and Emergency Aid Program (paramedic) students for volunteering in earthquake aid were examined.
Materials and Methods: In this study, which was carried out with the phenomenological approach, one of the qualitative research method designs, in-depth interviews were conducted with 12 students with semi-structured questions.
Results: With the MAXQDA22 program, the data was thematized in terms of frequency, similarity and difference and presented with quotations. Five themes and 23 sub-themes were determined based on the statements of the First and Emergency Aid program students. 193 quotes were analyzed. The main themes obtained were determined as 1. Purpose, 2. Difficult Elements, 3. Facilitating Elements, 4. Services and 5. Suggestions.
Conclusion: The findings revealed that, despite the difficulties encountered during disaster response, the feeling of satisfaction provided by helping people and contributing to society positively affected students' desire to volunteer again. As a result, our study, which analyzes students' experiences during the disaster response process and their reasons for volunteering, will make significant contributions to the strategic development of future preparation studies.
