Migration is a phenomenon of humanity from the beginning to date and is closely related to the economic, social, cultural and political structure of the communities. In this age we live in, primary and/or secondary effects of globalization, regional conflicts, poverty, developments in technology, transport and telecommunication have increased the number and intensity of migration events. Regardless of the reasons that lead to migration, children are the most vulnerable and the most affected from this phenomenon and its consequences. Migration may adversely affect the lives of children and permanently damage their physical and mental health, as well as their social life. In this context, migration recently emerged as an important social parameter that negatively affects children's health both domestically and internationally. Considering the importance of children for the society, it is of utmost significance to carefully approach health problems they experience and to find appropriate solutions. In this regard, our study aims to raise awareness in the society by discussing the effects of migration as a social disaster on child health and possible problems that children will face.
