Pre-hospital emergency health services are health units that provide uninterrupted health service in case of need, and provide safe patient care by quickly starting the diagnosis, treatment and transport steps of the sick and injured. Although the convenience of technology is used in prehospital emergency health services, it is a fact that human labor and power cannot be denied. The fact that health workers enjoy their job and are satisfied with the health services they provide, is related to their job satisfaction levels. Taking measures to increase the job satisfaction of health professionals working in pre-hospital emergency health services will increase the quality of the service provided and the quality of life of the patient and the injured. There exist multiple factors affecting job satisfaction. In this study, it was aimed to determine the factors affecting the job satisfaction of health workers in pre-hospital emergency health services, by searching the literature.
