The main purpose of this study is to examine the gender attitudes and just world beliefs of university students according to some demographic variables. In this direction, the relational survey model, one of the quantitative survey methods, was used in the research. The sample of the study consists of students studying at universities. In the study, data were collected online. Participants comprised 248 individuals, 140 (56.4%) female and 108 (43.6%) male. In the study, along with some demographic questions, the belief in a just world scale and gender roles attitude scale were used. As a result of the analysis, men were found to be more traditional than women. On the other hand, it has been determined that individuals who have lost a father are more traditional in terms of gender and have a lower belief in a just world than others. In addition, it has been found that individuals became more traditional in terms of gender and their belief in a just world got higheras the economic income increased. Finally, it was revealed that the financial situation played a mediating role between the level of belief in a just world and the gender attitude. The results obtained within the scope of the study were discussed in light of the relevant literature.
