Sjögren Sendromlu Gebe Hastada Anestezik Yaklaşım: Olgu Sunumu

Öz

Sjögren sendromu, gözyaşı ve tükrük bezleri başta olmak üzere, tüm ekzokrin bezlerin lenfositik infiltrasyonu ile karakterize, kronik, sistemik, otoimmün bir sendromdur. Anestezi yönetimi açısından çoklu sistemik etkilerinin olması, olası sıvı-elektrolit dengesi bozuklukları, immünodepresyon, otoimmün hepatitbağlı karaciğer fonksiyon bozukluğu, aspirasyon riski, zor entübasyon ile postoperatif derlenmede geçikme dikkat edilmesi gereken noktalardır . Bu olgu sunumunda Sjögren sendromlu sezaryen operasyonu planlanan gebe hastaya anestezik yaklaşımının tartışılması amaçlandı.

Anesthetic Management Of Pregnancy Patient With Sjogren's Syndrome : Case Report

Öz

Sjögren syndrome is chronic systemic autoimmune syndrome especially affecting the tear and salivary glands, characterized by lymphocytic infiltration all of the exocrine glands. Attention should be paid on multi-systemic effects, potential fluid-electrolyte balance disorders, immunodepression, autoimmune hepatitis-induced liver dysfunction, aspiration risk, delayed postoperative recovery and difficult intubation in anesthesia management. In this case report we aimed at discussing the anesthetic management during cesarean section operation in a thirty nine years old patient with Sjögren syndrome.
