Yumuşak Doku Tümörlerinin Karakterizasyonunda Spektral Doppler Ultrasonografi

Öz
Amaç: Malign yumuşak doku kitlelerinin benignlerden ayırımında spektral Doppler ultrasonografiden elde edilen rezistif indeksleri RI ve pulsatilite indeksleri PI ’nin katlılarını değerlendirmek. Materyal-Metod: Yirmiiki yumuşak doku kitlesine prospektif olarak Doppler USG yapıldı. Tüm yumuşak doku kitleleri power ve spektral Doppler USG ile incelendi. Spektal Doppler akımlarından RI ve PI değerleri hesaplandı. Tüm yumuşak doku kitleleri biyopsi veya eksizyon ile histolojik olarak tanı aldı. Malign ve benign yumuşak doku kitlelerinin RI ve PI değerlerinin karşılaştırılmasında Mann-Whitney testi kullanıldı. P0.05 . Sonuç: Malign ve benign yumuşak doku kitlelerinin ayırımında RI ve PI değerleri tek başına faydalı değildir

Öz
Purpose: To assess whether resistive and pulstatilitiy indices obtained from spectral Doppler wavefroms can be used to distinguish malignant soft tissue masses from benign ones. . Materials And Methods: A prospective study of Doppler sonogram was performed on 22 soft tissue masses. All soft tissue masses were examined with power and spectral Doppler ultrasonography. Spectral Doppler ultrasonography yielded wavefroms from which resistive and pulstatilitiy indices were calculated. The diagnoses of soft tissue masses were carried out histologically after biopsy or excision. The Mann-Whitney test was used to compare the average resistive and pulstatilitiy indices between benign and malignant groups, P0.05 . Conclusions: Resistive and pulstatilitiy indices cannot be used to distinguish malignant soft tissue lesions frombenign ones
