Öz

Today it is a known fact that building also has an important role in the
emergence of environmental problems. Buildings contribute to the forming of
environmental problems with activities at all stages of the life cycle starting from
obtaining the raw building material out of its resource and continuing until it becomes
a waste after completing its building life. This effect is created due to the production of
harmful emissions and other wastes left to the environment as a result of the usage of
natural resources and energy all along the process. However, this environmental effect
level changes according to some building properties. Ecological facilities increased
environmental impact of the decay and the environment structures are less to undermine
begun. Environment friendly of the century these structures for designing during the
phase of environmental decisions are needed to be taken. This decisions bring many
environmental and economical advantages. The solutions named as ecological,
environmental-friendly, green and sustainable structuring criteria include methods
reducing usage of depletable natural resources, using renewable or inexhaustible
resources as much as possible, using energy at low levels but in an efficient manner,
decreasing the production of emissions and other polluters and at the same time
maintaining the formation of conditions appropriate for the human health in internal
environments. Aim of in this study, environmental problems in the cause negative to
reduce the impact of the buildings, designers will contribute to knowledge of raising
and rigorous.
