Pedofili Bireyler Tarafından Çocukların Bilinçli ve Sistematik Cinsel İstismarı: Helmut Kentler “Deneyi” ve Odenwald Okulu Örneği

Öz

Modern dönemde ihmal, istismar, kötü muamele, şiddet gibi nedenlerle koruma altına alınan çocuklar, koruma ve bakım altında kaldıkları süre içerisinde de ihmal ve istismara uğrayabilmektedir. Bununla birlikte, kendilerini korumakla görevli kamu kurumları tarafından çocukların bilinçli ve sistemli olarak istismar edildiği, yüksek yararlarının dikkate alınmadığı uygulamalar da bulunmaktadır. Örneğin, “iyi bir gelecek” ve “İngiliz yatırımı” düşünceleri ile İngiltere’den Kanada ve Avustralya’ya 1970’lere kadar yapılan zorunlu çocuk göçü nedeniyle yüzbinlerce çocuk ailelerinden koparılmıştır.
Çocukların pedofili bireyler tarafından bilinçli ve sistematik olarak istismar edilmesi olgusu ise her yönüyle üzerinde durulması gereken bir konudur. Almanya’nın Berlin Eyaletinde, 1960’ların sonundan 2003 yılına kadar, sosyal pedagoji Profesörü Helmut Kentler, Berlin Senatosu ve Berlin Gençlik dairesinin onayı ile koruma altındaki çocukların pedofili “koruyucu baba”ların yanına yerleştirildiği ve bu kişilere finansal destek verildiği ortaya çıkmıştır. Aynı şekilde, 1910 yılında kurulan Odenwald Okulu’ndaki çocuklar, pedofili ve eşcinsel öğretmenleri, idarecileri tarafından yıllar boyunca sistematik cinsel istismara uğramıştır. Literatür, her iki uygulamadaki aktörlerin birbirleriyle bağlantılı olduğunu ortaya çıkarmıştır.
Çalışma, yöntem olarak literatüre dayalı bir araştırmadır. Bu kapsamda, Helmut Kentler “Deneyi” ve Odenwald Okulu’nda yaşanan istismarlar, üniversitelerin konuya ilişkin araştırma raporları, literatürdeki ilgili diğer kaynaklar ve basında yer alan bilgiler çerçevesinde ele alınmıştır.

The Systematic And Deliberate Sexual Abuse Of Children By Peadhopiles: The Helmut Kentler “Experiment” And The Example Of Odenwald School

In the modern era, children who are taken under custody for reasons such as neglect, abuse, maltreatment and violence may also be subjected to neglect and abuse during their stay under protection and care. However, there are also practices in which children are consciously and systematically abused by public institutions in charge of protecting them and their best interests are not taken into account. For example, due to the forced child immigration hundreds of thousands of children were separated from their families and sent from the UK to Canada and Australia until the 1970s with the ideas of "a good future" and "British investment".
The phenomenon of the conscious and systematic abuse of children by peadhopiles is an issue that needs to be emphasized in every aspect. In the German state of Berlin, from the end of the 1960s until 2003, with the approval of the Social Pedagogy Professor Helmut Kentler, the Berlin Senate and the Berlin Youth Office, it was revealed that the children under protection were placed with the pedophile "foster fathers" and financial support was given to these people. Likewise, children at the Odenwald School, founded in 1910, have been subjected to systematic sexual abuse over the years by their pedophile and gay teachers and administrators. The literature has revealed that the actors in both applications are interconnected.
Methodologically this is a literature review. In this context, the Helmut Kentler “Experiment” and the sexual abuses experienced in the Odenwald School are discussed within the framework of the research reports of the universities, other relevant sources in the literature and the information in the press.
