Articles should be provided in electronic form (as Microsoft Word file) and comply with the instructions. Authors must submit their manuscript by using our online submission system. 

All manuscripts submitted for publication in the journal are firstly evaluated by the editor and editorial board within 5 days. Manuscripts which fall outside the aim and scope of the journal or those which do not comply to the journal's writing style and page layout are rejected. Some may be in need of revising in the initial stages. Manuscripts are never accepted by the editor without a referee report in this initial stage. The review process of submitted articles will be completed within 45 days. This needs to be attended to in a timely manner so as to be published in the electronic edition of the journal's web site.

Provided that the manuscript complies with the manuscript preparation guidelines, it goes through a reviewing process: manuscript seen first by the Editor-in-Chief and the Editorial Board members, screened for plagiarism by using an online software if required, then sent to at least two blinded-peer-reviewers. Reviewers may either accept the article as it is, request minor or major revisions, or reject. In case there is disagreement between reviewers, the manuscript may be sent to an extra reviewer. The article can be published only after the required revisions are fulfilled by the author. However, taking into consideration the recommendations of the reviewers, final decision belongs to the Editor-in-Chief. Note that a double-blind peer review system is adopted; reviewer is unaware of the identity of the author, and the author is also unaware of the identity of reviewer.
