In this study, it was aimed to carry out the Turkish adaptation of the Management Support for Innovation Scale developed by Vincent-Höper and Stein (2019) to measure management support for innovation. In the research design, descriptive, explanatory, and exploratory approaches were used together. The study sample consisted of 290 employees working in public healthcare institutions in İzmir. The findings of the confirmatory factor analysis conducted within this framework indicated that the theoretically proposed factor structure of the scale was consistent with the data. At the item level, factor loadings ranged from 0.87 to 0.98; these values suggest that the items strongly represent the relevant latent construct. The squared multiple correlations for the items were found to range between 0.50 and 0.89, showing that a substantial portion of each item’s variance was explained by the corresponding factor. The obtained index values generally fell within the acceptable to excellent fit range and supported that the measurement model operated consistently with the sample data. As evidence of reliability, Cronbach’s alpha coefficients were found to be high. In conclusion, the analyses suggest that the three-factor structure of the scale was confirmed and that the Turkish form demonstrates adequate psychometric properties in terms of validity and reliability.
