SOSYAL SERMAYE YARATILMASINDA TARIMSAL KALKINMA KOOPERATİFLERİNİN ROLÜ

Öz

Bu makale, kooperatiflerin sosyal sermayenin artırılmasındaki etkisine odaklanan bir tarımsal kalkınma modelini incelemektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, tarımsal kooperatiflerin sosyal sermaye oluşumu ve geçim kaynakları üzerindeki etkisini araştırmaktır. Ege Bölgesi’nde bulunan sekiz köyde, yüz yüze yarı-yapılandırılmış anketler kullanılarak veri toplanmıştır (Bademler, Bağarası, Börezli Gödence, Karakuzu, Kızıklı, Kuyumcu ve Tire). Frekans tablolarından ve sosyal ağ analizinden (SNA) elde edilen sonuçlar, etkili bir tarımsal kalkınma kooperatifine üyeliğin, yalnızca güven ve sosyal sermayeyi arttırmakla kalmayıp, bunun yanı sıra gelir ve yeme alışkanlıkları açısından da yaşam standartlarını iyileştiren önemli bir faktör olduğunu ortaya koyarak çalışmada öne sürülen hipotezi onaylamaktadır.
