BİREYSEL DEĞERLERİN ÖRGÜTSEL ADALET VE SONUÇLARI İLİŞKİSİNDE YÖNLENDİRİCİ ETKİSİ:AKADEMİK PERSONEL ÜZERİNDE BİR ANALİZ

Öz

Bu çalışmada, çalışanların bireysel değerlerinin yönlendiriciliği kapsamında, örgütsel adalet ve örgütsel adaletin sonuçları (gurur duygusu ve işten ayrılma niyeti) arasındaki etkileşim araştırılmıştır. Bireysel değerler, kendini gerçekleştirme ve kendini aşma bağlamında incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın örneklemi Türkiye’de devlet üniversitelerinin iktisadi ve idari bilimler fakültelerinde çeşitli ünvanlarla görev yapan akademisyenlerdir. Çalışmada web tabanlı anket kullanılmıştır. Ankete 247 kişi katılmıştır. Araştırmanın hipotezleri çalışanların kendini gerçekleştirme ve kendini aşma değerlerinin yüksek veya düşük olmaları üzerine kurgulanmıştır. Bu anlamda toplam iki adet hipotez gerçekleştirilmiştir. Elde edilen en önemli bulgu, dağıtım ve işlem adaletinin gurur duygusu üzerindeki etkisinin hem kendini aşma hem de kendini gerçekleştirme değeri yüksek olan bireylerde daha yüksek çıktığıdır.

Öz
