Aim: This study aims to establish a general profile of international literature on "Women's Health" and "Leisure Time", identifying developmental stages and trends in scientific work in this field.
Methods: 410 scientific studies were analyzed from Web of Science (2000-2024) using bibliometric analysis and VOSviewer software, examining themes, author collaborations, and country publication performances.
Results: English-language academic journal articles in public environmental occupational health from 2022, indexed by SSCI, provided the most significant numerical contribution. Co-authorship analysis revealed strong collaboration patterns. Keyword analysis showed "women's health" and "leisure" as dominant concepts in the literature.
Conclusion: Significant author and country collaboration patterns indicate considerable international academic influence. The dominance of central concepts confirms these topics are at the core of academic enquiry, supporting leisure's multifaceted role in improving women's health outcomes.
