When the demographic indicators of the societies are analyzed, the high ratio of individuals with disabilities in the total population reveals the importance of the problems of people with disabilities for societies. The working life and integration problems of the disabled, which constitute a significant part of the population, is an issue to be studied. Qualitative research method, which states that human actions contain subjective meanings in the employment processes of women with disabilities in the working life created in the case of Yozgat province, therefore, subjective perceptions are as important as numerical data in human studies. During the interviews conducted with 15 disabled women residing in Yozgat through the semi-structured interview form, how the participants perceived the situation they experienced in the topics of “the effect of disability conditions on employment processes, working times, employment processes of the disabled people, problems they face in business life and suggestions for improving the employment of disabled people” and It is aimed to understand what they make sense with their own expressions. In this study, the problems experienced by women with disabilities through their employment processes were investigated by associating them with the concept of gender.
