Bireysel Yaratıcılığın Örgütsel Çevikliğe Etkisinde Yenilikçi İş Davranışının Aracılık Rolü

Öz
Araştırmanın amacı, bireysel yaratıcılığın örgütsel çevikliğe etkisinde yenilikçi iş davranışının aracı rolünü belirlemektir. Araştırma nicel bir nitelik taşımakta olup, bu değişkenler arasındaki etkileşimleri belirlemeye çalışan hipotezler üzerine kurgulanmıştır. Bu amaçla daha önce güvenilirliği test edilmiş ölçekler kullanılarak anket yöntemi ile veriler toplanmıştır. Kolayda örneklem metodu ile 280 adet özel sektör çalışanından elde edilen verilerle çeşitli analizler ve değerlendirmeler yapılmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda bireysel yaratıcılığın ve yenilikçi iş davranışının örgütsel çeviklik üzerinde pozitif yönlü anlamlı etkisinin olduğu görülmüştür. Bununla beraber bireysel yaratıcılığın örgütsel çevikliğe etkisinde yenilikçi iş davranışının aracı olarak etki ettiği tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgular, literatürdeki önceki çalışmalarla karşılaştırılarak değerlendirilmiş ve araştırmada ele alınan değişkenler bağlamında gelecekteki araştırmalar için öneriler geliştirilmiştir.

Öz
The purpose of the research is to determine the mediating role of innovative work behaviors in the impact of individual creativity on organizational agility. The research is quantitative and is based on hypotheses that try to determine the interactions between these variables. For this purpose, data was collected using a survey method with previously tested reliable scales. Various analyses and evaluations were conducted using data obtained from 280 private sector employees through a convenience sampling method. The analyses revealed that both individual creativity and innovative work behavior have a positive and significant effect on organizational agility. Furthermore, it was found that innovative work behaviors act as a mediator in the effect of individual creativity on organizational agility. The findings of the research were compared with previous studies in the literature and suggestions were developed for future research within the context of the variables addressed in this study.
