Domateste Farklı Gübrelerin ve Kombinasyonlarının Büyüme, Verim ve Element İçeriği Üzerine Etkisinin Belirlenmesi

Öz

Bu çalışma, yetiştiricilikte önemli bir girdi olan gübre kullanımında kimyasal içeriklerin minimuma indirilebilir durumunun tespiti amaçlanarak kimyasal ve organik gübre çeşitleri ve kombinasyonlarının domateste bitki boyu ve gövde çapı, bir bitkideki meyve ağırlığı, toplam verim ve meyvelerde N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn ve protein içeriklerine etkileri araştırılmıştır. Deneme, 2024 yılında (yer adı) deneme parsellerinde, tesadüf blokları deneme desenine göre 3 tekerrürlü ve her tekerrürde 20 bitki olacak şekilde kurulmuştur. Sıra arası ve sıra üzeri mesafeler sırasıyla 100*50 cm olarak düzenlenmştir. Araştırmanın gübreleme programı kontrol grubu (F1) ile birlikte 3 farklı gübre çeşidi (kimyasal gübreler (20:20:20 (N:P:K) ve organomineral (11:11:11), organik gübre (katı solucan) ve bu gübrelerin 9 farklı kombinasyonları ( kimyasal gübre %100 (F2), organomineral %100 (F3), katı solucan %100 (F4), kimyasal güre %75 + katı solucan %25 (F5), kimyasal gübre %50 + katı solucan %50 (F6), kimyasal gübre %25 + katı solucan %75 (F7), organomineral gübre %75 + katı solucan %25 (F8), organomineral gübre %50 + katı solucan %50 (F9), organomineral gübre %25 + katı solucan %75 (F10)) ile toplam 10 uygulama şeklinde tarla koşullarında yürütülmüştür. Elde edilen sonuçlarda gübre uygulamaları arasında önemli istatistiksel farklılıklar oluşmuş olup, özellikle vermikompostun organomineral gübre ve kimyasal gübre ile kombinasyonlarının bir bitkideki toplam meyve ağırlığı ve dekara toplam meyve verimi parametrelerinde F7, F8 ve F10 uygulamalarının (sırasıyla 6.77 kg, 6.51 kg ve 6.10 kg ile 13534 kg da-1, 13012 kg da-1 ve 12203 kg da-1)ön plana çıktığı görülmüştür. Domates yetiştiriciliğinde organik gübrelerin karışım halinde verilmesinin meyvelerdeki besin element düzeylerine etkisinin olduğu ve kimyasal gübrelerin ekolojide meydana getirdiği olumsuz etkilerin minimuma indirilebileceği düşünüldüğünde, tarımsal üretimde pratikte kullanılabileceği sonucuna varılmıştır.

Determination of the Effect of Different Fertilizers and Their Combinations on Growth, Yield and Element Content in Tomato

Abstract

This study investigated the minimized chemical content of fertilizers, a key input in cultivation. The study investigated the effects of chemical and organic fertilizer types and their differences on tomato plant height and stem diameter, fruit weight per plant, total yield, and N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn, and protein contents. The experiment was established in 2024 in (location name) plots using a randomized block design with three replicates and 20 plants per replicate. Inter-row and intra-row spacings were set at 100 x 50 cm, respectively. The fertilization program of the research was carried out in the fields with 3 different fertilizer types (chemical fertilizers (20:20:20 (N:P:K) and organomineral (11:11:11), organic fertilizer (solid earthworms) and 9 different parts of these fertilizers (chemical fertilizer 100% (F2), organomineral 100% (F3), solid earthworm 100% (F4), chemical fertilizer 75% + solid earthworm 25%) (F5), chemical fertilizer 50% + solid earthworm 50% (F6), chemical fertilizer 25% + solid earthworm 75% (F7), organomineral fertilizer 75% + solid earthworm 25% (F8), organomineral fertilizer 50% + solid earthworms 50% (F9), organomineral fertilizer 25% + solid soil 75% (F10)) together with the control group (F1) for a total of 10 applications. The effects of vermicompost, organomineral fertilizer and chemical fertilizer on the total fruit weight per plant and total yield per decare were determined. It was observed that the F7, F8, and F10 applications (6.77 kg, 6.51 kg, and 6.10 kg, respectively, with 13534 kg da-1, 13012 kg da-1, and 12203 kg da-1) were planned for yield. Considering that the mixture of organic fertilizers in tomatoes contains more nutrients and that the negative ecological effects of chemical fertilizers can be minimized, it was concluded that the planned production can be used in practice.
