Authors are encouraged to submit manuscripts online. Please use "Submit a Manuscript" link on the IJEMAR homepage to upload your manuscripts. For article structure, follow the instructions given below in this page. To see an example of an article, use this Template (Sample) Article link.

Article structure:

Use normal, plain font, 12-point Times New Roman for text and 1.5 line spacings unless a different format is stationed. All pages should be numbered consecutively, beginning with page 1 at the title page. Page margins are 2.5 for all sides. Figures (pictures, graphs etc.) and tables should be numbered serially with Arabic numerals, will be placed near their first mention in the text and must be referred in the manuscript. Use the table function to make tables. Preferred file format for figures is .jpg. Color figures can be used. Use tab stops for indents, not the space bar. Save your file in docx format (Word 2007 or higher) or doc format (older Word versions).

Starting Page:

- Title of the article. Be concise and informative. Avoid abbreviations and formulae. Use bold 14-point Times Roman font. Use title case (Every Significant Word Begins with a Capital). Make title in centered.

- Name(s) and surname(s) of author(s). Use centered, bold 12-point Times Roman font. Use uppercase for surnames.

- Affiliation(s) of author(s).  Use 10-point Times Roman font.

- Telephone and e-mail address of the corresponding author. Use 10-point Times Roman font.

- Footnotes to the title or authors of the article are needed to be marked by asterisks and placed on the title page.

- Abstract: Each article is to be preceded by a succinct abstract, of up to 200 words, that highlights the objectives, methods, results, and conclusions of the paper. The abstract should state briefly the purpose of the research, the principal results and major conclusions. Acronyms and symbols must be defined at first mention within the text. For nomenclature, abbreviations, symbols, and units, authors should follow internationally accepted rules. Use one tab for starting paragraphes in whole text including abstract. 

Subdivisions: Divide your article into numbered sections. Subsections should be numbered 1.1, 1.2, 1.1.1, 1.1.2, etc. Do not include abstract in section numbering. Please use no more than three levels of displayed headings. Use bold 12 Times New Roman font for headings.

1. Introduction: State the objectives of the work and provide an adequate background, avoid a detailed literature survey or a summary of the results. Organisms must be identified by their scientific binomen.

3. Results and Discussion:  Results should be clear and concise and give the significance of the results of the work. Avoid extensive citations and extensive discussion of published literature. Be sure that each figure and table has a caption. A caption should be a brief title seperate from the figure and tables. Please add tables as editable text; not as images. Place tables and figures next to the relevant text in the article. References to the literature in the text should be by author and year; where there are two authors, both should be named including "and" between them. If references got three or more authors, only the first author's name plus "et al." needed to be given.

Acknowledgements: Put acknowledgements in a separate section at the end of the article before the references please. List here individuals who provided help and fund.

References: Please be sure that every reference cited in the text exists in the reference list and vice versa. The list should be arranged alphabetically by name of first author. Web references can be given with the full URL with last access date. Use as few "in press" citations as possible. References should be styled as follows:

• Journal papers: Names of authors, year in brackets, full title, name of the journal, volume number, first and last page numbers.
