This study aims to produce a product in the form of a guidebook for school principal to surpervise the
implementation of Bible-based Integration curriculum in the Kalam Kudus Christian Primary School in Surakarta.
This research approach only uses 7 of the 10 steps of the Borg and Gall R & D approach developed by Sugiyono,
namely potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, product testing
and product revision. Data collection from school’s principal and teache rs related with BBI curriculum
implementation through observation, interviews, documentation study and FGD. Data analysis was performed
with qualitative analysis. Triangulation is done by triangulation of techniques and sources. The results of the study
were in the form of a guidebook for supervision with mentoring techniques as a development based on the context
at the research site. Based on the development of the supervision model with mentoring techniques, the resulting
guidebook products are: (1) The supervision guidelines that can be applied by the school principal to teachers in
implementing BBI in the Kalam Kudus Christian Primary School in Surakarta; (2) Describing the application of the
model instructionally so that it can become a reference in conducting academic supervision of BBI implementation.
