YALIN VE ÇEVİK TEDARİK ZİNCİRİ STRATEJİLERİYLE İŞLETME FİNANSAL PERFORMANSININ SAĞLANMASI

Öz

İmalat sektörü açısından yalın ve çevik tedarik zinciri stratejileri, değişen pazar koşullarına hızla yanıt vermeye ve operasyonel verimliliği artırmaya katkı sağlayabilmektedir. Dolayısıyla, doğrudan finansal performans ile ilgili olmayan pazar payı, müşteri tatmini ve talep yönetimi gibi alanlarda bu stratejilerin etkin kullanımı göz önünde bulundurulmalıdır. Bu doğrultuda, finansal olmayan performans faktörlerinin yalın ve çevik stratejilerle desteklenmesi ile işletme finansal performansında bir artış olması kaçınılmaz olacaktır. Ancak literatürde bu stratejilerin işletme finansal olmayan ve finansal performansı nasıl etkilediği konusunda ampirik bulgular yetersiz kalmaktadır. Dolayısıyla bu çalışma, imalat sektöründe yalın ve çevik tedarik zinciri stratejilerinin finansal ve finansal olmayan performans üzerindeki etkisini araştırmaktadır. Oluşturulan teorik model, Azerbaycan ve Türkiye’de faaliyet gösteren imalat işletmelerinde görevli yöneticilerden elde edilen veriler ışığında PLS-YEM yöntemiyle analiz edilmiştir. Sonuçlar, yalın ve çevik tedarik zinciri stratejilerinin finansal performansı, finansal olmayan performans üzerinden etkilediğini göstermektedir. Dolayısıyla yalın ve çevik tedarik zinciri stratejilerinin finansal performansı arttırması öncelikle finansal olmayan performanstaki artışlara bağlı olmaktadır. Bu çalışma, elde edilen bulgular ışığında teorik ve yönetsel anlayışa çeşitli katkılarda bulunmaktadır.

Öz

In the manufacturing industry, lean and agile supply chain strategies enhance responsiveness to fluctuating market conditions and improve operational efficiency. Therefore, the efficient implementation of these strategies in domains like as market share, customer happiness, and demand management, which are not directly linked to financial success, should be acknowledged. An enhancement in the company's financial performance will be unavoidable, bolstered by non-financial performance aspects through lean and agile strategies. Nevertheless, empirical evidence in the literature about the impact of these strategies on both non-financial and financial performance of the organization is inadequate. This study examines the impact of lean and agile supply chain strategies on both financial and non-financial performance within the manufacturing sector. The theoretical model developed was examined using the PLS-SEM approach based on data collected from managers at manufacturing companies in Azerbaijan and Turkey. The findings indicate that lean and agile supply chain strategies influence financial performance via non-financial performance metrics. The enhancement of financial performance in lean and agile supply chain strategies is predominantly contingent upon improvements in non-financial performance. This study provides several contributions to theoretical and managerial comprehension based on the findings optained.
