Öz

The aim of the study is to examine the contribution of increasing agricultural credit figures to agricultural production through econometric model. In study, effect on Aegean Region agricultural production of agricultural credits have been used by public, private, foreign banks in Aegean Region, have investigated by panel analysis. According to the analysis results, 10 % increase in public banks credits inrease agricultural production 3.2 %, private banks credits increase production 0.4 %, foreign banks credits increase production 0.1 %. Private, foreign banks need to increase and diversify credit facilities in line with needs of agricultural producers like public banks

KAMUSAL, ÖZEL ve YABANCI SERMAYELİ BANKALARIN KULLANDIRDIKLARI TARIMSAL KREDİLERİN TARIMSAL ÜRETİME ETKİSİ: EGE BÖLGESİ’NE YÖNELİK PANEL VERİ ANALİZİ

Öz

Çalışmanın amacı tarımsal kredi rakamlarında ortaya çıkan artışın, tarımsal üretime ne kadar katkı sağladığının ekonometrik model aracılığıyla incelenmesidir. Çalışmada, kamusal, özel ve yabancı sermayeli bankaların Ege bölgesi illerinde kullandırdıkları tarımsal kredilerin Ege bölgesindeki tarımsal üretime etkisi panel veri analiziyle araştırılmıştır. Analiz sonuçlarına göre kamu kredilerindeki yüzde 10’luk artış tarımsal üretimi % 3.2, özel kredilerdeki yüzde 10' luk artış tarımsal üretimi % 0.4, yabancı sermayeli kredilerdeki yüzde 10' luk artış tarımsal üretimi % 0.1 arttırmaktadır. Tarıma daha fazla destek noktasında kamusal sermayeli bankaların yanında özel ve yabancı sermayeli bankalar da tarımsal üreticinin ihtiyacına uygun yapıdaki kredi imkanlarını arttırmalı ve çeşitlendirilmelidir.
