Early marriages are one of the social problems in Türkiye as in various parts of the world. One of the most obvious and direct consequences of early marriages is the interruption of children's educational processes.This study was carried out with women who were most affected by this problem and who had early marriages. The aim of the study is to understand how marriage is decided, marriage processes and the problems experienced by women who have been married at an early age. The study group of this research, in which qualitative research method was used, consisted of fifteen women who were married at an early age in different years. In the research, in-depth interview method was used with 20 semi-structured questions developed to collect data. In the data analysis of the research, a total of 130 codes and 26 concepts were identified in the research findings section by using the thematic coding method and these concepts were grouped under 8 themes. As a result of the research; it was determined that the education of women who married at an early age was interrupted, their employment rates were low, they could not gain economic independence, they had arranged marriages, they did not know their spouses before marriage, they had big age differences with their spouses, they became mothers during adolescence, they generally received support from other individuals around them due to lack of knowledge and skills in child care, their official marriages were held a few years after the marriage took place, the participants were psychologically worn out, most of them wanted to leave their spouses, they were against early marriages. In addition, the suggestions of the participants were taken.
