Öz

Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, beyaz yakalı çalışanların yeşil örgütsel davranışları üzerinde iş tatmininin yordayıcı rolünü test etmektir. Araştırma, nicel araştırma yöntemi kullanılarak yürütülmüştür. Bu kapsamda, çalışmada kullanılan temel veri toplama aracı anket olmuştur. Araştırmada elde edilen veriler, İstanbul ilinde çeşitli sektörlerde çalışan toplam 322 kişi üzerinden elde edilmiştir. Veriler, Kişisel Bilgi Formu, İş Tatmini Ölçeği ve Yeşil Örgütsel Davranış Ölçeği kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Verilere normallik testi, güvenirlik testi, betimleyici istatistiksel analizler ve basit regresyon analizi uygulanmıştır. Araştırma sonuçları, beyaz yakalı çalışanların iş tatmini düzeylerinin yeşil örgütsel davranış düzeylerini anlamlı ve pozitif yönde yordadığını göstermiştir. Sonuçlar, sürdürülebilir uygulamaları teşvik etmek için tatmin edici bir çalışma ortamının gerekli olduğunu ortaya koymuştur. Bu çalışma, insan kaynakları faktörlerinin sürdürülebilirliği desteklemedeki önemini vurgulayan literatüre katkı sunmakta; elde edilen bulgular ise çevresel açıdan sorumlu davranışları teşvik etmeyi hedefleyen örgütlerin aynı zamanda çalışanların iş tatminini de önceliklendirmeleri gerektiğini ortaya koymaktadır.
