Yapay Zekanın Hemşirelik Bakımında Kullanımı: İçerik Analiz Perspektifi

Öz

Amaç: Hemşirelik bakımında yapay zekâ kullanımına ilişkin araştırmaların incelenmesine ve bu alandaki çalışmaların özelliklerinin belirlenmesine yönelik bir gereksinim bulunmaktadır. Bu çalışma, hemşirelik bakımında yapay zekâ kullanımına ilişkin literatürdeki araştırmaları belirlemek ve bu araştırmaların temel özelliklerini analiz etmek amacıyla tasarlanmıştır. Gereç ve Yöntem: Veriler, Ocak 2025 tarihinde Web of Science veri tabanında “yapay zekâ” ve hemşirelik bakım” anahtar kelimeleriyle yapılan taramalar sonucunda elde edilmiştir. Çalışmaya toplam 33 yayın dahil edilmiştir. İçerik analizi kapsamında, çalışmalar tematik olarak sınıflandırılarak ana temalar ve alt temalar belirlenmiştir. Bulgular: İçerik analiz sonucuna göre karar destek ve klinik uygulama, etik ve güvenlik sorunları, iş akışı ve zaman yönetimi olmak üzere dört ana tema belirlenmiştir. Bakım planları, hasta izlemi, karar verme süreçleri, veri gizliliği ve mahremiyet, insan merkezli bakımın korunması, güvenilirlik ve doğruluk sorunları, rutin görevlerin otomasyonu, verimlilik ve süreç optimizasyonu alt temaları belirlenmiştir. Sonuç: Yapay zeka, hemşirelik bakımında önemli ve dönüştürücü bir araçtır. Bu teknolojinin güvenli ve etkili bir şekilde entegrasyonu, etik çerçevelerin oluşturulmasına, insan merkezli bir yaklaşımın sürdürülmesine ve teknolojik bağımlılığın önlenmesine bağlıdır.

Use of Artificial Intelligence in Nursing Care: A Content Analysis Perspective

Öz

Objective: There is a need to examine studies on the use of artificial intelligence in nursing care and to identify the characteristics of research in this field. This study was designed to identify and analyze the existing literature on the use of artificial intelligence in nursing care and to examine the key characteristics of these studies. Material and Methods: The data were obtained from the Web of Science database on January, 2025, using the keywords “artificial intelligence” and “nursing care.” A total of 33 publications were included in the study. The studies were thematically classified as part of the content analysis, and main themes and sub-themes were determined. Results: The content analysis identified four main themes: decision support and clinical practice, ethical and safety issues, workflow, and time management. Sub-themes included care plans, patient monitoring, decision-making processes, data privacy and confidentiality, preserving human-centered care, reliability and accuracy issues, automation of routine tasks, and efficiency and process optimization. Conclusion: Artificial intelligence is a significant and transformative tool in nursing care. The safe and effective integration of this technology depends on establishing ethical frameworks, sustaining a human-centered approach, and preventing technological dependency.
