This study is aimed at investigating the effect of workplace incivility on psychological capital and its dimensions. Workplace incivility is handled as incivility practiced by the supervisor and co-workers. For this purpose, a questionnaire was applied to the employees of two shopping malls in Mersin province and Erdemli district, and 377 observations were made. The obtained data were tested with frequency, reliability, validity, correlation, and regression analyses using SPSS. Research findings revealed that workplace incivility negatively affects the self-efficacy, resilience, and optimism dimensions of psychological capital. The strongest effect was found between the supervisor's incivility and resilience dimensions. According to this, it was seen that the incivility applied by the supervisors decreased the psychological resilience level of the employees. In this study, this effect was examined on the basis of dimensions, and suggestions were made to reduce workplace incivility and increase psychological capital.
