Bu makalede Hz. Peygamber sonrası siyasî ortamda muhalefet algısı, yönetimi, oluşumu ve zihniyeti gibi meselelere toplum ve idarenin bakışını ele alacağız. Hulefâ-i Râşidîn dönemi, hem Nebevî modelde yetişen toplumun örnekliğini ifade hem de sonraki dönemlerde referanslığı açısından oldukça önemli bir dilim olduğu malumdur. Özellikle sonraki süreçte bütün İslâm toplumlarında Râşid halifelerin uygulamalarının siyasî model olarak kabulü, söz konusu dönemin önemini daha da artırmaktadır. Günümüzde siyaset-iktidar ilişkileri konusunda yaşanan sıkıntıları, toplumların siyasî muhalefeti örgütlemede yetersiz kalması gibi hususları da düşündüğümüzde bu dönemdeki muhalefet algısını tespit etmenin önemi daha da anlaşılacaktır

Some Considerations on Opposition in the Tradition of Islamic Policy – The Period of Khulafa al- Rashidun–

Öz

In this article, we will discuss the viewpoints of society and government on issues such as the perception, management, formation and mentality of the opposition in the political environment after Prophet Muhammad. The period of Khulafa al- Rashidun is known to be a significant period of time in terms of expressing the exampling of the society that grew up in Nabawi model and being reference in the following periods. Especially, the admission of the practices of Rashid caliphs as a political model in all Islamic societies during the next period further increases the importance of the period in question. The importance of determining the perception of the opposition during this period will be further appreciated when we consider the issues such as the troubles experienced regarding politics and power relations and the insufficiency of societies in organizing the political opposition today.
