Study, while investigating the concept of ideology, the study aims to examine ideology from the perspective of structure-consciousness in order to narrow the wide field of study. The investigation from the perspective of structure-consciousness will be tried to establish in the framework of three different definitions from Karl Marx’s ideology definitions. Camera obscura is points to the inversion process. The concept of reflective consciousness means that those who dominate the production process also dominate the mental production process. The reflective consciousness is a political apparatus according to Marx's use. Moreover, both Althusser's repressive state apparatus concept and Gramsci's domination concept support this means. Alienation is people's submission to social relations or conditions that they themselves create. The study claims that two different processes in the investigation. First, it seems to be an effect belonging to the structure area, which can be called internal function. Second, it seems to be an effect belonging to the consciousness area, which can be called external function. The study claims camera obscura has an internal function and is effective in the structure area, and reflective consciousness has an external function and is effective in the consciousness area. Last, alienation is covering up these processes. The study will use the falsifiability approach to explain its claim. Thus on condition camera obscura is effective in the consciousness area, the study can be falsifiability.
