Lise Öğrencilerinin Antrenörlük Mesleğine Yönelik Tutumlarının Bazı Demografik Özelliklere Göre İncelenmesi

Öz

Bu araştırmanın amacı Ankara ilinde bulunan lise öğrencilerinin antrenörlük mesleğine yönelik tutumları ile bazı demografik özellikler ile ilişkinin incelenmesi ve antrenörlük mesleğine yönelik tutum ile alt boyutları arasındaki ilişki de incelenmesidir. Araştırma 2024 ve 2025 yıllarında öğrenim gören 305 lise öğrencisi ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. İlişkisel tarama yöntemi ile gerçekleştirilen çalışmada veri toplama aracı olarak Turğut, Sural ve Kan (2018) tarafından geliştirilen ‘‘Lise öğrencilerinin antrenörlük mesleğine yönelik tutum ölçeği’’ ile araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan ‘‘Demografik Bilgi Formu’’ ile veriler toplanmıştır. İstatistiksel işlemler SPSS 27.0 analiz programı ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma verilerinin değerlendirilmesinde istatistiki yöntem olarak frekans, yüzde dağılımları, ikili gruplar için Independent Samples T Testi, çoklu gruplar için tek yönlü varyans analizi (ANOVA) ve ilişkiyi belirlemek için Pearson Korelasyon analizinden yararlanılmıştır. Araştırmada katılımcıların antrenörlük mesleğine yönelik tutumları ile demografik değişkenlerden cinsiyet, yaş, spor yılı ve lisanslı sporcu olma durumu ile arasında anlamlı bir fark tespit edilirken, sınıf seviyesi ve tuttuğu takım değişkenleri arasında anlamlı bir fark tespit edilmemiştir. Aynı zamanda lise öğrencilerinin antrenörlük mesleğine yönelik tutumları ile alt boyutları arasında pozitif ve anlamlı bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir.

Investigation of High School Students' Attitudes Towards Coaching Profession According to Some Demographic Characteristics

This research examines the relationship between the attitudes of high school students in Ankara province towards the coaching profession and some demographic characteristics and the relationship between attitudes towards the coaching profession and its sub-dimensions. The research was conducted with 305 high school students in 2024 and 2025. In the study, which was carried out with the relational survey method, data were collected with the ''Attitude Scale of High School Students Towards the Coaching Profession'' developed by Turğut, Sural and Kan (2018) and the ''Demographic Information Form'' prepared by the researcher. Statistical procedures were carried out with the SPSS 27.0 analysis program. In evaluating the research data, frequency, percentage distributions, Independent Samples T Test for paired groups, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) for multiple groups and Pearson Correlation analysis to determine the relationship were used as statistical methods. The study found a significant difference between the participants' attitudes towards the coaching profession and the demographic variables of gender, age, years of sport and being a licensed athlete. In contrast, no significant difference was found between the class level and the team variables. At the same time, a positive and significant relationship was found between high school students' attitudes towards the coaching profession and its sub-dimensions.
