Tenis Oyuncularının Maç Sırasındaki Aktivite Profillerinin İncelenmesi

Yıl 2016, Cilt 4 (Özel Sayı 2), 557 - 565, 01.09.2016

Öz

Bu araştırmanın amacı elit erkek tenis oyuncularının maç içerisindeki aktivite düzeylerinin incelenmesidir. Araştırmaya 26 erkek (yaş: 23.1±3.2 yıl; boy: 181±4.7 cm; vücut ağırlığı: 77.8±8.1 kg) tenis oyuncusu katılmıştır. Video kameraya kayıt edilen maç aktivitesi sırasında BioHarness 3 model portatif göğüs bandı ve Qstarz BT-Q818XT model GPS cihazı ile fizyolojik ölçümler alınırken hissedilen zorluk derecesi 20' li Borg skalası ile değerlendirilmiştir. Maç sırasındaki aktivite değişkenleri; ralli sayısı 4.4±2.9, ralli süresi 6.4±4.1 s, efektif oyun süresi 19.2±3.4 s, çalışma-dinlenme oranı 1:3.4±0.4, dinlenme süresi 37.3±25.3 s, kalp atım sayısı 152.7±18 atım/dk, kalp atım yüzdesi 81.4±8.5, solunum sayısı 33.9±3.3, vücut sıcaklığı 38.25±0.34°, zirve hızlanma 1.63±1.36 g, oyun içerisindeki ortalama hareket hızı 2.41±2.25 km/s, kat edilen toplam mesafe 3113.1±565.3 m, algılanan zorluk derecesi 13.2±2.7 olarak bulunmuştur. Sonuç olarak, maç sırasında elde edilen fizyolojik ve kinematik bulguların sporcuların antrenman programlarının planlanmasında antrenör ve uygulamacılar için önemli olduğu düşünülmektedir.
