INFORMATION SHARING AND THE EFFECT OF ORGANIZATIONAL TRUST ON INNOVATION BEHAVIOR AND INDIVIDUAL PERFORMANCE: A RESEARCH ON VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TEACHERS

Öz

This study examines the effect of knowledge sharing and organizational trust on innovation behavior and individual performance. The sample of the study consists of 333 personnel working in vocational high schools connected to national education. The aim of the research is to reveal the effect of organizational trust on innovation behavior and individual performance of employees, and to fill the gap in this field in the literature. The data in the study was obtained by face to face survey method. The obtained data was analyzed with the help of SPSS program and factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis were applied. According to the findings of the research, there is statistically significant relationship between information sharing, innovation behavior and individual performance. Likewise, a significant relation between organizational trust dimensions, innovation behavior and individual performance is established. It is thought that obtained results will make important contributions to the related literature and research.

BİLGİ PAYLAŞIMI VE ÖRGÜTSEL GÜVENİN, YENİLİKÇİLİK DAVRANIŞI VE BİREYSEL PERFORMANSA ETKİSİ, MESLEK LİSESİ ÖĞRETMENLERİ ÜZERİNE BİR ARAŞTIRMA

Öz

Bu araştırmada bilgi paylaşımı ve örgütsel güvenin, yenilikçilik davranışı ve bireysel performansa etkisi incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın örneklemini Milli Eğitime bağlı meslek liselerinde görev yapan 333 personel oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın amacı, bilgi paylaşımı ile örgütsel güvenin, çalışanların yenilikçilik davranışı ve bireysel performansları üzerine olan etkisini ortaya koymak ve literatürde bu alanda ki boşluğu doldurmaktır. Araştırmada veriler yüz yüze anket yöntemiyle elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler SPSS paket programı yardımıyla analize tabi tutulmuş ve faktör analizi, korelasyon analizi ve regresyon analizleri ile test edilmiştir. Araştırma elde edilen bulgulara göre, bilgi paylaşımı ile yenilikçilik davranışı ve bireysel performans arasında istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu görülmüştür. Aynı şekilde örgütsel güven boyutları ile yenilikçilik davranışı ve bireysel performans arasında da anlamlı bir ilişkinin varlığı belirlenmiştir. Bu araştırma ile ortaya koyulan sonuçlar ile bu alanlarda yapılacak araştırmalara ve literatüre önemli katkılar sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir.
