KORONER ANJİYOGRAFİ SONRASI GELİŞEN KOLESTEROL KRİSTAL EMBOLİSİ SENDROMU

Öz

Kolesterol kristal embolisi sendromu, özellikle aterosklerozu olan yaşlı hastalarda görülen ve birçok organı etkileyebilen bir hastalıktır. Özgün bir tedavisi olmaması nedeniyle, erken tanı ve korunma esastır. Riskli popülasyonun ve invazif girişimlerin artışı nedeniyle, gelecekte hastalık ile daha sık karşılaşılacaktır. Bu yazıda, sıklığı gelişen invazif yöntemlere paralel olarak artan, ancak tanısı- spektrumun geniş olması nedeniyle- aynı oranda artmayan kolesterol embolizasyon sendromu, bir olgu nedeniyle tartışılmıştır.
