Anne-Bebek İkilisinin Birlikte Uyuması Ve Anne Sütü İle Beslenme

Anne sütü ile beslenme, çocuğun sağlığı ve
gelişimi için temeldir. Bebeklerin doğumdan itibaren ilk altı ay boyunca sadece
anne sütüyle beslenmeleri, 6.aydan sonra uygun tamamlayıcı besinler başlanarak
emzirmenin en az 2 yaşına kadar sürdürülmesi önerilmektedir. Anne bebek

Co-Sleeping Of Mother-Infant Dyad And Breastfeeding

Breastfeeding is important for children’s
health and development. It is recommended that infants are exclusively
breastfed for the first six months after birth, followed by continued
breastfeeding with appropriate complementary foods until 2 years of age. There
is evidence of increased frequency and duration of breastfeeding when mother
and infant dyads sleep together. On the other hand, there is a statistical
relationship between co-sleeping and sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS). The
aim of this article is to investigate the effects of co-sleeping on mother and
infant health in light of recent studies.
