TÜKENMİŞLİK (BURNOUT) SENDROMU

Öz

Tükenmişlik sendromunun özellikle sağlık çalışanlarının ruh sağlığına yönelik vurgulanması gereken önemli bir konu olması nedeniyle, bu derlemede tükenme kavramı, boyutları ve belirtileri ve tükenmişlik sendromu önleme ve başa çıkma stratejileri tartışılmıştır.
