PRETERMDE GERMİNAL MATRİKS İNTRAVENTRİKÜLER KANAMA

Öz

Prematüre bebeklerde görülebilen nörogelişimsel sorunların önemli nedenlerinden biri intraventriküler
kanamalardır (İVK). İVK patogenezinde çevresel ve genetik faktörlerin rolü üzerinde çalışmalar devam
etmekte ve önleme stratejileri geliştirilmeye çalışılmaktadır. Bu derleme yazısında İVK nedenleri, klinik
seyir, komplikasyonları ve İVK önleme stratejileri tartışılmıştır.
