PSİKOJENİK PURPURA

Öz

Psikojenik purpura hemostatik testlerin normal olduğu, cilt ve mukozal kanamalar ile belirti veren nadir bir sendromdur. Tekrarlayan karın ağrısı, bulantı, kusma, artralji, baş ağrısı, epistaksis, gastrointestinal kanama, göz ve kulak kanaması gibi değişik belirtilerle kendini gösterir. Psikojenik purpuralı bazı hastalarda, hemorajik bulgular ile birlikte dissosiyatif bozukluk, çocuklukta yaşanan psikojenik travmalar konversiyon semptomları ve histeri tarif edilmiştir. Bizim vakamız burun, gözler ve kulaklarda kanama ve psikiyatrik bozukluklarla ortaya çıkmıştır.
