AVRUPA İNSAN HAKLARI MAHKEMESİNİN AİLE İÇİ ULUSLARARASI ÇOCUK KAÇIRMA İHTİLAFLARINA İLİŞKİN SEÇİLMİŞ KARARLARI
Öz
Çalışmamızda, çocukların aile içi bir ülkeden başka bir ülkeye kaçırılmasından kaynaklanan
hak ihlallerine ilişkin Avrupa İnsan Hakları Mahkemesinin (AİHM) verdiği kararlar
incelenecektir. Konuya ilişkin, AİHM’de Türkiye aleyhine açılan davalar neticesinde verilen
kararların tamamına yer verilmekle birlikte sözleşmeye taraf diğer devletler aleyhine önem
arz eden kararlar da dikkate alınmış ve incelenmiştir.

This article aims to examine the judgments of the European Court of Human Rights regarding
the violations of human rights in respect of international parental child abduction disputes.
Within this context, not only the judgments having significant impacts given against other
state parties are examined but also judgments of the ECtHR against Turkey are considered
