Constructing Codes Using AH

Öz

In this study, we obtained code by the contraction of the incidence matrix of a symmetric block design with parameters (v, k, A ) . We give a new definition of dot product and we prove some theorems by using this definition. By this way the construction method has been given for Hamming codes.
