The Impact of Artificial Intelligence and Its Applications on Organizational Culture

Öz

This study explores the multidimensional impact of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies on organizational culture. Drawing upon recent literature and practical insights, the analysis reveals that AI not only transforms operational processes but also contributes to building a culture grounded in trust, collaboration, transparency, and continuous learning. The relationship between AI and organizational culture is shown to be bidirectional, shaped by factors such as leadership styles, employee engagement, ethical governance, and digital transformation strategies. Additionally, digital organizational culture and learning organization structures emerge as key enablers of successful AI implementation. Findings suggest that for AI integration to be effective, technical investments must be supported by human-centered cultural transformation. In conclusion, the sustainable and strategic use of AI should be aligned with the existing values and norms of the organizational culture.

Yapay Zeka ve Uygulamalarının Örgüt Kültürü Üzerine Etkisi

Öz

Bu çalışma, yapay zekâ (YZ) teknolojilerinin örgüt kültürü üzerindeki etkilerini çok boyutlu bir perspektifle incelemektedir. Literatür ve güncel uygulamalardan yararlanılarak yapılan analizlerde, YZ’nin yalnızca operasyonel süreçleri dönüştürmekle kalmayıp, aynı zamanda güven, iş birliği, şeffaflık ve sürekli öğrenmeye dayalı bir örgütsel kültür inşa edilmesine katkı sağladığı ortaya konmuştur. Çalışma, YZ ile örgüt kültürü arasındaki ilişkinin çift yönlü olduğunu ve bu ilişkinin liderlik tarzları, çalışan bağlılığı, etik yönetişim ve dijital dönüşüm stratejileri gibi faktörlerle şekillendiğini göstermektedir. Ayrıca, dijital örgüt kültürü ve öğrenen organizasyon yapıları, YZ uygulamalarının etkinliğini artıran temel unsurlar olarak öne çıkmaktadır. Elde edilen bulgular, YZ entegrasyonunun başarılı olabilmesi için teknik yatırımların yanı sıra insan odaklı kültürel dönüşümlerin de gerekli olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır. Sonuç olarak, YZ’nin etkili ve sürdürülebilir kullanımı, örgüt kültürünün değerleri ve normlarıyla uyumlu bir şekilde gerçekleştirilmelidir.
