Bilgisayar Destekli Restorasyonlar ve Diş Hekimliğinde Kullanımının Değerlendirilmesi

Öz

Bilgisayarlar, programlamalar, bilgi ve iletişim teknolojileri, yaşamın her alanında ve sağlık sektöründe olduğu gibi, modern diş hekimliği çerçeveleri de dahil olmak üzere kendine uygulama alanı bulmuştur. CAD/CAM (Bilgisayar destekli tasarım/bilgisayar destekli üretim), yıllar önce geliştirilmeye başlanmıştır ve geliştirilmeye devam etmektedir. Diş hekimliğinde CAD/CAM uygulamaları, hazır blokların ince frezleme işlemi ile tamamlanmış bir diş restorasyonunun elde edlmesi işlemidir ve daha verimli çalışmak, maliyetleri azaltmak, kullanıcı/hasta memnuniyetini artırmak için, dünyadaki birçok diş hekimi tarafından kullanılır. Yazılım, endüstri, makine mühendislikleri ile sağlık sektörünü bir araya getiren CAD/CAM tarama ve frezleme sistemleri artık pratik bir klinik uygulama haline gelmiştir ve bu durum, diş hekimlerinin muayenehanede restorasyonlar üretmesini mümkün kılmaktadır. Diş protezlerinin yapımına yönelik geleneksel yöntemlere ek olarak CAD/CAM, diş hekimliği mesleği üzerinde derin etkiler bırakacaktır

Etik Beyan

Bu çalışmanın, özgün bir çalışma olduğunu; çalışmanın hazırlık, veri toplama, analiz ve bilgilerin sunumu olmak üzere tüm aşamalarından bilimsel etik ilke ve kurallarına uygun davrandığımı; bu çalışma kapsamında elde edilmeyen tüm veri ve bilgiler için kaynak gösterdiğimi ve bu kaynaklara kaynakçada yer verdiğimi; kullanılan verilerde herhangi bir değişiklik yapmadığımı, çalışmanın Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE)' in tüm şartlarını ve koşullarını kabul ederek etik görev ve sorumluluklara riayet ettiğimi beyan ederim. Herhangi bir zamanda, çalışmayla ilgili yaptığım bu beyana aykırı bir durumun saptanması durumunda, ortaya çıkacak tüm ahlaki ve hukuki sonuçlara razı olduğumu bildiririm

Computer Assisted Restorations and Evaluation of Their Use in Dentistry

Öz

Computer science, programming, information and communication technologies have found their part in all places of life and in the health sector as well, including modern dental frameworks. CAD/CAM (Computer aided design/computer aided manufacturing) started to be developed many years ago and still is to be developed. CAD/CAM applications in dentistry are the process of obtaining a tooth restoration completed by milling of ready-made blocks and are used by many dentists around the world to work more efficiently, reduce costs, and increase patients’ satisfaction. CAD/CAM scanning and milling systems, which bring together software, industry, mechanical engineering and the healthcare sector, have now become a practical clinical application and this makes it possible for dentists to produce restorations in the dental clinics. In addition to the traditional methods for the production of dental prostheses, CAD/CAM will have a significant impact on the dental profession
