War, education, economic problems and racist attacks caused of migration waves which caused changes in structures and emergence of new social structures. One of the social structures is the pluralist society. This society share different beliefs, cultures, individuals ideas and ideologies with same environment. In such environment, culture of coexistence must be create for ensure peace and tranquility of social life. Everyone should be accepted with their differences for create culture of coexistence. School and religious education is important in consist of this situation. This study shows, religious education approaches is developed to apply in religious education schools like Religious Education According to Sects, Supra-sectarian Religious Education, Interfaith Religious Education and Phenomenological. Through these approaches, person learns both own religion and other religions from sources. Thus, individuals avoid their feeling of prejudices and marginalization. Aim of study, determine effect of religious education at school on culture of coexistence in pluralist societies. Document scanning method and qualitative research design used. In research, religious education at school which determined the need. First result, religious education given at school allows individual to socialize and realize skills. Another result, religious education contributes to culture coexistence, especially in pluralist societies, as individual has opportunity to get to know individuals with different beliefs, languages and cultures in education process.
