İskenderun Körfezindeki Mürekkep Balıklarının (Sepia officinalis L., 1758) Farklı Dokularında Ağır Metal Birikimi

Öz

Bu çalışmada, İskenderun Körfezinden avlanan dişi ve erkek mürekkep balıklarının (Sepia officinalis L., 1758) manto, solungaç ve gonad dokularındaki ağır metal birikimleri belirlenmiştir. Çalışmada mürekkep balığı dokularında birikim gösteren metallerden Al ve Cu birikim düzeyleri Manto> Gonad> Solungaç; Fe birikimi Solungaç> Gonad> Manto, Mn ve Zn birikimleri ise Manto> Gonad> Solungaç şeklinde sıralanmıştır. Ayrıca tüm dokulardaki en fazla birikimin Cu, en az birikimin ise Mn olduğu belirlenmiştir.
