Effects of essential amino acids on development and synthesised protein amount of male larvae of Pimpla turionellae L. (Hymenoptera: Ichneumonidae).

Öz

Effects of different essential amino acids ratios on the rate of development and the percentage of synthesised protein amount on the male larvae of endoparasitoid hymenopterous, Pimpla turionellae L. were investigated by using chemically defined synthetic diets under aseptic conditions. It was shown that the amino acids isoleucine, leucine and methionine had a qualitatively and quantitatively critical effect on the developmental rate and protein synthesis increased after increasing the rate of isoleucine and leucine by 50% and decreasing the rate of methionine by 50%, however decreased both the development date and protein synthesis.
It was decided that arginine, histidine, lysine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan and valine had no critical qualitative or quantitative effect and that their rates in the control diet should be assumed optimal.

Temel Amino Asitlerin Erkek Pimpla turionellae L. (Hymenoptera: Ichneumonidae) Larvalarının Gelişmesine ve Sentezledikleri Protein miktarına Etkileri

Öz

Temel amino asitlerin farklı oranlarının bir endoparazitoid hymenopter türü olan Pimpla turionellae L. erkek larvalarının gelişme hızı ve sentezledikleri protein miktarı üzerine etkileri, larvaların kimyasal yapısı bilinen sentetik besinler kullanılarak aseptik koşullarda beslemek suretiyle incelenmiştir. İzolösin, lösin ve metiyoninin larvaların gelişim hızı ve protein sentezi üzerinde kalitatif ve kantitatif olarak kritik bir etkiye sahip olduğu, izolösin ve lösinin besindeki oranının %50 arttırılması, metiyoninin %50 azaltılması ile hem gelişme hızı hem de protein sentezi üzerinde değişik etkiler yaptığı gösterilmiştir.
Arjinin, histidin, lizin, fenilalanin, treonin, triptofan ve valinin kalitatif ve kantitatif olarak kritik etkisi olmadığına ve kontrol besindeki oranlarının optimal kabul edilmesi gerektiğine karar verildi.
