Spontan Pnömotoraksla Gelen Wegener Granülomatozisli Olgu ve Literatürün Gözden Geçirilmesi

Öz

Wegener granülomatozu olarak da bilinen polianjiitis ilişkili granülomatoz(GPA), en yaygın olarak akciğer, üst solunum yolu ve böbreği tutan nadir görülen nekrotizan granülomatöz vaskülittir. Akciğer tutulumu olduğunda bilgisayarlı tomografide genellikle nodüller, infiltratlar, alveoler kanama gösterebilir. Plevral tutulumda hasta plörezi, plevral efüzyon ve kalınlaşma ile başvurabilir. Pnömotoraks nadir fakat ciddi bir komplikasyondur, meydana geldiğinde pnömotoraks, hidropnömotoraks, ampiyem, hemopnömotoraks şeklinde olabilir. Bu zamana kadar literatürde spontan pnömotoraksla gelen vaka sayısı sınırlıdır. Burada astım tanısıyla takip edilen ve spontan pnömotoraks ile gelen bir olguyu hazırladık.
